Rewarding work, crappy upper management - Recensione dipendente - Support Worker presso Arcus Community Resources

Pay and benefits are good. Team leaders are in the union which is a bonus. There is a staffing department so being on call is easy here. Flexible schedule

CEO is unhinged - upper management are all scared of her. She makes rash decisions and acts out emotionally. If it were not for her, I would recommend this company. Everyone is related to someone in head office So it can be difficult bring problems forward. Houses are dirty and maintenance is slow (why is there one maintenance person in an agency of high behaviour and property destruction). I worked at one house where we didn't have power for over 24 hours. Company has gone downhill and other agencies have noticed. Disappointing as I would have recommended this company in the past.

This is an excellent employer with paid training, supportive management, follows collective agreement, staffing department, etc
