CEO is very difficult to work with. No other management structure in place other than him, and he rules with an iron fist from 8000 miles away in Seoul, Korea. I was laid off shortly after the Texas office and several others were prematurely closed and some really good people were lost. I worked for the company twice - once in the early 90's. It was great then. There was a US-based management structure. When I came back it was a disaster. There is very little - only a shell of what it was once before- left now. Constant policy changes - very little of them documented. I highly recommend NOT working here. You will spend your days guessing whether you will have a job after lunch.
