We don't currently have a monthly feedback form for employees in place, other than your scheduled 1:1's with your line manager, but this is something that I have passed on to our Internal Communications team. I think it's a great idea, we just need to make it anonymous so employees will participate without fear of retribution for a negative comment. Once a month, we can collect the data and share it with the leadership team to get a true pulse of employee sentiment.
