Vantaggi
The only pro is probably the base pay but the $55,000.00 base salary is only good for 3 months. After that it does drop too about $43,000.00.
Svantaggi
There are so many cons about working here and this is a very honest review out of the Boca Raton office. I will start with the dysfunctional training. They train you for about two weeks, the script is absolutely awful. It is the worst script that I have ever had to read on a call. You are better off creating your own script and using that. The product knowledge training could have been better as well but once again they missed the mark there because many people in the training class was confused when it came down to pricing. The trainers were not so the best either, it was a very unprofessional work environment. They cursed a lot, they said that certain things in training would take place, but those things never happened. The entire class was in doubt within the second week because the training was just so poor. If you do end up coming in late after you call the hotline number, just be prepared for a bad conversation with one of the trainers. You end up taking a test before you finish training, and it is difficult for no reason. The main issue that I had with the test is that you don't know the results once you finish it. Once you get onto the sales floor be prepared to be micro managed. Trainers and managers will hover over your shoulder to make sure that you are working but there are cameras pointing in each direction that also pick up audio, so the hovering is pointless. You will call the same leads over and over and most of those calls will go to voicemail. I understand that it is sales and you must work with the law of averages. But when you do get someone on the phone, most people are totally okay with their current purchase. We were calling clients who already made a purchase and the goal was to upgrade them to a most more expensive unit. Not a lot of people our class called wanted to upgrade to a much higher price somewhere north of $3000+ on a monthly subscription. The music was ghetto rap most of the day and there are certain trainers that are horrible at communication. They will yell at you if they think you don't know what you are doing and overall it is just a very toxic work culture. Only one person in that office where the rookies are located hit the quota. Just one person, so that really says a lot about the training. The work life balance is horrible because the schedule does not make much sense. You five days per week but you don't have consecutive days off. You may have Wednesday and Sunday off. It is not worth working at this company.
