People are treated as a number (headcount or $, you pick). Core values implemented years ago are not being followed by upper management. There is a severe lack of integrity. The Employee Performance Review is a joke. Your immediate manager rates you, but then the ratings are changed by others who have had no interaction with you throughout the year, just to keep within the acceptable range that was handed down from upper management. All perks that showed appreciation for the employees were stopped (Family BBQ, Holiday Party, Sabbatical, Tuition Reimbursement etc.). Wok/Life balance only exists for some, Others have lost many weeks of vacation due to the projects they were on and were unable to take time off.
