      Worked at Google HQ - many benefits from food to wholesome conversations/communication with staff Committed Site Leader - Drave was a wonder to work for, very attentive, concerning and caring. Always tried to make sure your work life was always positive.

      Due to hiring process, anyone from any background could be hired, even those not familiar with using computers. This made it hard to teach new hires which slowed down work productivity. Although it is a good opportunity for learning, the time taken to learn basic IT skills such as Google sheets and Google chat took too long.

      If you are at the start of your IT career and have never seen or touched network equipment. This is the right place for you.

      If you have 5+ years of IT experience and a college degree with computer certificates, you will be bored. If you are the type of person that wants to stay settled and wanting to be home, stay away. The fact that you will be having to pay up front $500 to $1000 on any travel expenses like food, rental car, gas, uber to and from the airport. This job is not for you. Within 1 month, I was able to figure out how to be alot more efficient on doing these audits and the migration projects, but was quickly shutdown by the typical India mentallity. I would say stay away from the company as India does NOT know how to plan correctly or even how to troubleshoot. Why are companies promoting India
