      This company is very good for people who come from school. Young starters who live at home with parents to collect some money to start own life . You can learn a lot and after some years, you are ready for next challenge. Do the same job for more than 5 year will stop further improvements. Company is based on friends politics.

      People with high level university degree get all focuss on the spot and don't need expierience for management function. People with lower degree will get no fucuss on the spot, need to work hard and don't get possitive feedback on the job.

      Managers are too “wise” You can’t change anything inside the ERP but they all want ERP changes (it’s bad you will get frustrated) Super decentralized meaning all building operate how they want to. They make it sound like a strength but it’s literally their biggest weakness. Managers do not understand processes USZ or the NSC in Charlotte has a serious issue of hiring people who are not qualified for manager roles as managers. Discrimination They care more about how you look and not so much about the work you produce
