- it’s very problematic to open debate about increasing student’s wages (in CZK per hour), every student in the company is rewarded wi th the same rate per hour regardless of complexity or difficulty of their work - no benefits - very limited possibility to get a job in the company after graduation due to the limited number of FTEs
