- a large handful of project managers treat and talk to their employees as if they are second class
- MUCH lower pay than industry standard
- office/supplies/decor is bare minimum and cheap
- OFFICE IS FILTHY. stains all over floors/office has NEVER been dusted/there have been a handful of sunflower seeds next to my desk for upwards of 6 MONTHS and the cleaning crew has yet to vacuum them
- RACISM in the panel shop at the hand of 2 of the managers has never been addressed and is absolutely unacceptable. Regularly hear them refer the engineers as "towel heads" and mock the Spanish speaking employees by stating that "they wont be able to understand me anyway". Truly disgusting and inaction on behalf of HR and the owner of company is absolutely horrifying
