Below senior management, managers love to micromanage. Employees can be sent off at a moments notice to the far reaches of the world. Too much time spent in meetings rather than getting any real work done. The more interesting work is given to contractors or shipped overseas. Benefits are poor. Subpar 401k choices (high fees) and no company match. Very disorganized. Priorities are constantly changing. I have no idea how this company competes with other companies in the bay area for employees. There are little, if any, perks and I have yet to see the company do anything that I would consider to be fun. It is just work, work, work.
