I feel so lucky to work here. Obviously cool environment but also very genuine, talented, intelligent people behind the scenes

They’re overcoming a dark past but the culture and tide is turning

Management were friendly and kind. Projects were fun and the possibilities of the company's future growth were very exciting.

Company structure wasn't fully in place, and this caused miscommunications and tension between staff. Often projects or assignments were give to whoever was available rather than the person best suited for the responsibility. Employees don't receive a ton of feedback on job performance.
