      Great team, flexible hours, free vehicle, phone and laptop. Boss understanding. Flat management structure so easy to move up.

      Prospects for pay to increase not great. Relies on Managing Director too much, so support from above not great when MD not available.

      Vantaggi

      Family feel toward employees from all management and fellow workers. Age is no limit. A requirement is the ability to use a smartphone - particularly for maps (GPS), communication, and access to cameras. Attention to details, and good reading (English) comprehension a must. Automatic driver's licence needed. Evening and Night work, no fixed shifts, no set days. 24/7 availability, though not required, is a asset.

      Svantaggi

      No consistent work load. Varies from nothing (school holidays to extremely busy (13+ hour shifts multiple days), some heavy lifting (ladders), working at 2+ meter heights on side of roads, lots of driving.
