Extremely underpay about everyone compared to industry averages, which is why myself and other good talent probably won’t be around much longer If you’re not in the pharmaceutical vertical you have no chance to hit your numbers, and sales management won’t even acknowledge this HUGE problem The marketing leadership is clueless, and routinely ruins sales efforts Mandatory in office two days per week including Mondays, very strict on time and attendance Sales management cares more about appearance/activity than results There’s no path for internal promotion, with a lot of overpromising/stringing along from sales leadership
