They will come in any time they wanted and give comments during session which interrupt your session. - everything want to be graded. They check filing and need to get 80%. Your session also being graded, for new staff need to get 80% to pass, after that only you pass the probation. Very stressful for new staff as we just started to learn. - during probation you didn't get the salary they offer, it's lesser. - bullied by senior, even when I ask for help she didn't teach and just point out the mistakes. - no enough rest during lunch break. Half the time need to go for lunch duty. - high expectations from supervisor. Most of them are passive aggressive. - high turnover rate, which is understandable because the management not prioritising the worker. - During training, when questions are asked, the trainer often responds by saying that she has already explained it before. She also tends to show favoritism toward trainees who perform well, while those who do not meet her expectations may notice signs that she is upset or dissatisfied.
