Upper and top-level management are out of touch with their employees and what they ask and demand from them. They cut corners and blame others for their mistakes. They undervalue their production staff and gaslight them into thinking they are being treated better than they could get elsewhere. They have repeatedly refused to get involved or even look at what their production staff have to go through to get their demands done. They make fun of others. The employees who have spoken out against some of the inappropriate behavior of some other supervisors then get labeled as a difficult employee and a problem who then gets moved to a corner to be forgotten about. When staff ask for a wage increase for increased demands and work loads they are labeled as greedy and only in it to get paid.
