- nice office - great coffee

- extremely high volume of work - unreasonable deadlines - typical Romanian company, you only get a job or manage to advance if you know someone in the company - no help from colleagues, even though you are not familiar with the environment - some colleagues stayed at the office all night working, but in the end, their performance/involvement was not enough - arrogant attitude from superiors - low salaries compared to the market average - underpaid or not paid at all - technologies not used by other companies, so little chance of finding another job in the field - shady staff with typical corporate texts - they won't provide you anything, but expect to work 10-12h/day - useless meetings

- there are some nice people - had a great time during the internship program

- poor management - awful work tracking, you have to write down everything you do in a day and the time it took to complete - no help from the superiors - not clear deadlines - lack of communication - shadiness from the superiors -horrible treatment when resigning
