But the downsides - -HR has an emphasis on career planning - but this is rarely realized in reality, in reality this is a top-heavy organization providing little opportunity for advancement -clubby atmosphere inhibits career advancement - this seems most pronounced for virtual employees -regrettable lack of sales-savvy - not an 'everyone sells' culture -heavy on process, often for process' sake
