The Westcoast region is absolutely corrupt from certain property managers all the way up to their regional VP. The PM's can get away with mistreating, intimidating, disrespecting their employees AND RESIDENTS! The Regional Managers above them are ordered by their VP not interfere by conducting corrective action against the PM. The reason why is because the PM's bring in a lot of NOI (chargebacks for every little item). As long as the VP's wallet is fat, and his region is looking bright, they will back up the corruption and abuse being conducted by the PM. If you bring these issues to HR's attention, they will agree to conduct a meeting with you, and include the RM, and the regional director of maintenance to hear everything you have to say, then they will give you a false sense of assurance that you are heard and taken care of. Meanwhile they will reach out to someone outside of the company and instruct them to alert the corrupt PM just so they're given a "heads up", and then put a plan in motion to set you up with a false report, then remove you from employment. The PM has also gathered a handful of residents that their relatives who live on-site are close to, then those close residents will submit false 5 star Google reviews on their Google site. Interview the other residents and they will tell you how nasty, and disrespectful and discriminating the PM actually treats them.
