- Serious issues with senior staff e.g. throwing objects at staff members, abusive language. HR told me in my exit interview that they were aware of these issues but HR employees keep leaving the company because the problem is so big. - High employee turnover. Employees kept mysteriously disappearing. - No work life balance. Employees are expected to regularly work until 10/11pm. - Old school environment with little innovation. - DON'T work in the marketing department.
