The company values are more than just a lame slogan (like it is at many other companies). At Aware, the unique culture sets up an environment for everyone to be their best. We are a diverse bunch of outcome-driven people, highly motivated to be the best in what we do, yet there is a collective supportive culture to lift each other for growth and learning. A flat hierarchy and an autonomous and independent work style are in place. It is fantastic to be part of such a successful company and have the chance to contribute to its success.

All employees are approachable, helpful, engaging, and open including all levels of management. The expertise at the company are the best I have had the opportunity to work with.

There is a lot of trust given to all employees. This means also means there is not much hand-holding which while a pro to myself and many like me, could be seen as a con depending on the individual.
