Very well thought-out process and still changing it to ensure everybody is upto speed with the world, can't see a need to tell anyone that this process is outdated.
Continuous attention to each and every detail by group of people (not just one) with the right skill set is one of the biggest plus which ensures one's growth personally and professionally both along with the growth of Axelerant.
Provides ample of opportunities to shine and prove yourself.

Open communication when folks take advantage of it. Really able to work anytime and from anywhere given you communicate with your teammates and deliver needed results. Wide range of talents and interests within and outside of Axelerant itself. There's not a boring person here.

Despite being an open organization, some folks still don't speak up soon enough. I feel it's a cultural or past experience issue to overcome. No group health plan for local or international staff, but it's in the works. Passion sometimes lost in the drive for processes.

For Canada- and India-based employees, we do have health insurance. We're investigating such for other locales in 2021.
