Working for the axle executives was awesome because you are given a mentor before you even start the job. Someone who walks you through everything day by day and has your back. The comradery between the whole staff is unlike any other work environment I've ever experienced. As you move up through the business none of that changes. The sole purpose of every single person who works for the Axle executives is to help each other get better every day. I didn't even mind waking up super early every day (I was commuting) for the meetings because they are loud, fun, and always super beneficial to not only my professional life, but my personal life. Even if you end up working there and it doesn't work out, you will leave a better and stronger person no doubt. Oh and don't forget about the awesome travel opportunities!!

The hours are long, but how could they not be when you're being fast tracked through the program.
