Some of the team members are amazing people and great to work with, fun and supportive. Highly intelligent team. It's too bad some of the people that have been there for years aren't running the company because they show more civility towards employees and are more professional!

Everything has to go through the president/CEO who is never around. People spend 1/2 of their time trying to figure out 1. where she is and 2.what they think she would like done. Nobody is trusted to make a decision. "Job Security" if you're willing to put in a few 2am nights here & there.
