Svantaggi
### My Experience at Azimuth GRC I want to share my personal experience working at Azimuth GRC, not out of resentment, but as a warning to others who might unknowingly make the same mistake I did. If you're considering joining this company, I urge you to think twice—it could cost you your peace of mind, your motivation, and potentially, your career trajectory. #### Poor Management & Lack of Direction From day one, I found the management to be disorganized and unapproachable. There was no clear roadmap, no shared vision, and certainly no proper onboarding. Feedback is a one-way street here—you're expected to take orders without question, and any attempt to suggest improvements is either ignored or seen as insubordination. #### Zero Work-Life Balance Forget about work-life balance. You’ll often find yourself working long hours, sometimes late into the night, with no appreciation in sight. There's an unspoken expectation that you're always available—weekends, holidays, it doesn’t matter. The stress builds up quickly, and management doesn’t seem to care as long as deadlines are met. #### No Job Security One of the worst parts? The insecurity. Employees have been let go without any prior notice—some right after their probation periods ended. It’s a toxic atmosphere where you're always walking on eggshells, unsure whether your job is safe no matter how hard you work. #### Toxic Culture The workplace culture is anything but supportive. It’s cliquish, discouraging, and lacks any real sense of team spirit. Recognition and appreciation? Rare. Encouragement or mentorship? Non-existent. ### Final Advice: Stay Away If you're looking to grow, learn, and build a long-term, fulfilling career - Azimuth GRC is not the place. Don't fall for the fancy titles or superficial job descriptions. Take this as a serious warning: stay away and save your career before it’s too late.
