A great group of people working towards the same goal across time zones. You can tell they want to do well and for the firm to do well. It’s good motivation to grow and seek opportunities at the firm, which there are a ton of areas to grow into and management seem very open to allowing people to explore interests and hone new skills.

good culture overall if you find yourself with the right people on the team. Work life balance could be better but you get the sense that most of the people at the firm work long hours so it’s just part of the culture.
