      Leadership has no clue how to run the US business and the global business is frequently in the news for dubious practices and for breaking the law. Greed is paramount, pricing in the US has led to a spiralling decline of volumes. The team is full of international assignees who are short sighted, eager to follow the directions from London and please the management with scant regard for the accelerated decline in the US business and the future of Reynolds. Investors have lost faith in the business, stock price is at a multi year low and continues to fall.

      Very strong compensation package, lots of very nice genuine people on the Reynolds US side

      Toxic, politically charged environment, cliques of people each trying to place their own people in roles. A singular mis-trust and dislike of "outside" people who are brought in to move the company forward but the existing people who have worked there for years and years are all trying to protect and sustain their own roles and their own cliques. All show and pretty presentations but no meaningful, meaty strategy
