The organisation is a smudge on your CV that is why I left I did not even include it on my experience profile as I learnt nothing, I actually regressed. so to those who want to join do so at your own risk - Management overpromises onpersonall developmen and equatable performance scheme, where in actual fact it is non-existent you only target a salary rise by a negligible percentage. You ask yourself what is the point of wasting time on useless appraisal systems for the sake of administration work. Directors and Partners are very deceptive and work on divide and rule strategy based on favouritism and nepotism, very unprofessional work place
