- Good starting salary - Are very encouraging at the beginning and telling you there's lots of career growth - Spend lots of time training you in the beginning

- No on the job learning though expect you to know everything - Very little respect for subordinates - Expect an outrageous output for one job. When you request more help you arent given it - Poor managers get away with behavioral issues - Toxic culture from executive level mgmt - Companies lies about who they are and their core values, company culture - Promoises of career path however most jobs do not go upward - 50 million dollar company and don't hire enough people - Morale is incredibly low as a result of this and turnover is high!
