Biobase provides a good platform to start for freshers. Strong workforce and good training facilities ensure that the new joiners are made productive in a very short span. You are instigated to grow yourself professionally and the growth is acknowledged by the management and colleagues. Lively work atmosphere and employees are kept in high spirits with frequent company outings and get-together, providing a proper a socialization ground.

Too much of back-biting within employee sub-groups. Cheap politics played by few employees and even management does not care on how this hampers productivity. Handful of senior employees would never quit, or the company is highly dependent on them, this suppresses the possibilities of new ideas, and changes for betterment. Salary appraisals for experienced staff is very poor, except for a few faithful ones, who can fall down doing anything and everything to show their faithfulness. Biased and easily deceived management which can accept even unethical practices that would keep them happy.
