Interesting projects and technologies. Good people - working together as one unit - you can count on your teammates. workers are truly friends and feel like family. Learn a lot in a short period of time and get wide experience. Really counting on you to contribute and make a difference. Very nice office. Very nice founders. Good for people who wants to come do their work and are challenged by technology and different projects as sole contributors. Not for people who inspire to get prompted for high management.

No option for growth outside of your position. Especially in the R&D department. 99% of employees are not being promoted. Bringing people from outside of the organization for management roles. Some people wait for 3,4, 7 years and are still in the same role. Recruiting a lot and then firing after a few months in big waves. Changing direction constantly and abandoning projects mid way without getting to see if they are successful. Moving more and more positions to abroad which makes promotion a "far dream". Abroad the teams get new titles and roles every "monday and thursday" and the Israel office feels like second best. minority of the managers are treating employees very badly and this is widely ignored and effects the teams motivation. No employee development at all - no courses, no industry seminars, no mentoring - at least not for the R&D in Israel.

Good place to get hands-on experience in outbound sales, especially if you’re early in your career. You get exposure to international prospects and different industries, which can be interesting. The role helps you build confidence with cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, email campaigns, CRM work, and researching accounts. There are some nice people in the company, and certain colleagues are helpful and supportive. The company does put effort into employee benefits and office culture, like gifts, happy hours, team events, and other small perks. There are opportunities to attend or support industry events, which can be good experience. The product itself can be interesting to learn about, especially if you’re interested in data, insights, and market research.

The target expectations were unrealistic and, in my experience, not fully aligned with the level of training, support, or resources given. Management became less supportive over time, which made it difficult to improve or feel set up for success. There was pressure to hit numbers, but not enough consistent coaching or constructive feedback. The SDR role often felt isolating, especially when expectations increased but support decreased.
