      Comp and benefits are unbeatable. They try to take of you and make sure you're comfortable.

      Not very many cons other than working six days a week. They also don't support junior employees as much as one would like.

      International work in interesting locations. Project teams can be great from job to job.

      No long term career growth. Senior management will gaslight you with promises. Nepotism is a joke at this company and kills morale. If looking for a short term stint overseas Harbert could be an option. If looking for something long term stay away. You will be passed up by a relative of someone or one of the 15 VP's yes men.
