Employee-owned, good benefits and the stock value has been growing very rapidly

I was in outside sales, and my sales budget was unrealistic, and my commission rate dropped if I didn't hit my budget number. The employee review process is too harsh. Senior management seems to think the review process should focus on bashing employees instead of building them up or, God forbid, praise them.
