BMD is a company that is experiencing major growing pains. They are trying to grow but are not doing so sustainably. Every role and department is overworked and understaffed, be prepared to be expected to work 50-60 hours but only get paid for 40. You will be paid under the standard for your occupation. Management is a boys club that you need to be a part of if you want to progress. If you need a new tool or piece of software for your job, be prepared to wait 6-9 months for approval. Benefits are atrocious, if you start in February 2025 you will not get any until the end of your first FULL year of employment (end of 2026/beginning of 2027), by that time you'll be lucky if you are still employed.
