I genuinely do not see any significant cons to this position. Like any customer-focused role, there are occasional days that require longer hours, but that comes with the territory and is part of maintaining a high level of service. Providing customers with quick, efficient, and reliable support is a clear priority for the team, and that commitment contributes to the company’s overall success and strong reputation. Even while on vacation, I continue to check emails and provide customer support when needed, which reflects the level of dedication and responsiveness valued within the organization.

I’ve had a great experience working here. Management genuinely listens, values feedback, and cares about employees as people. The team is small, supportive, and collaborative, which means you can really make an impact. Many employees have been here 10+ years, some even 20+, which says a lot about the culture and stability.

Because the company is so nimble and flexible in responding to customer needs, there are times when more structure and defined processes would help. That said, this is actively being worked on, and it’s clear the company is moving in the right direction.
