Staff development is virtually non-existent. Management is not concerned about staff morale. HR's role is unclear. Between 2010 and 2011, 80% turnover in some teams were not addressed by middle or senior management. Strange place to work, having come from an environment where you're encouraged to reach your potential and if this wasn't happening, some form of coaching was provided. The concept of coaching is alien at BNP Finance but this is all offset by a great bunch of people.
