Salary at the beginning, food, snacks, cabs, work life balance (debatable) They actually provide all this to lure candidates n hire ppl bec they are aware of their incapabilities.

1. Salary not per market standards (as in they might provide higher salaries), they don't promote talent n provide right designations to them, which can make an imbalance between package n designations making a person non hirable or difficult to hire in the market. 2. Work life balance- you will see many comments with work life balance but be careful there is a diff between work life balance n no or less work. 3. Management is the major issue, they lack serious vision to take this company forward. It is a small company with almost no good leadership. 4. Old managers who are with the company are highly dependent on politics. They are excessively highly paid and cant be hired outside hence they dont promote right ppl infact they cannot. Max managers are not at all technically sound. I am shocked at max managers technical skills, being an IT company it is hilarious as well as ridiculous. This runs in most of the depts both IT and non IT dept. 5. Company lacks brand value- Nobody in the market knows bold, so after few years you may realise you are at not so good designation with very average knowledge. There is no major value addition apart from may be package. If you are in biggies like HCL etc then blv me you are better of there itself.
