Great team and staff who are committed to their work in supporting the largest NGO in the world.

HR process and systems are absent. Staff roles are often ambiguous and frequently changing. No career growth opportunities. Hiring practices create an imbalanced office culture. Significant staff turnover as a result. BRAC USA is challenged by poor leadership who lacks vision for overall strategy for organizational growth.
