Equipment was modern and office was clean

Management not very welcoming, training they say how much you will be supported but afterwards you are left on your own. When you ring for support or need someone's authorisation to place an order the other teams can be rude and unhelpful. Was not the worst place I have worked but it all starts from above. The issues with Management make It feel very hostile at times.

Benefits are better than most US companies. You get twice or triple the numbers of days off per year.

Svantaggi

Focus is more on originating company location for group events and emails. Due to time zone differences, it can be difficult to work with others without adjusting your schedule. It is difficult to get promoted outside originating country. Roles are few and far between in the US.
