Enforcing 5 days in the office

While we know that our location in London is certainly an amazing office space, we don’t expect our teams to be there 5 days a week unless their role specifically requires an on-site presence. Our Blended Working policy was designed to give our employees the best of both worlds, with 3 days per week in the office to focus on collaboration and in-person interaction. Everything else. The office is usually a ghost town. Training is poor, exceptionally poor. Trainer acts as if annoyed when you ask a question. HR is remote, unreachable, and does not care about employees. It is clear overall that Bally’s doesn’t care about employees in the slightest. Terrible benefits. You have to pay $150 out of your own pocket to go through licensing. Why do you think we’re working? The company should cover all expenses. I wish I never accepted this job, it’s just been a waste of time and a rollercoaster. They will also mismanage your paycheck. Unorganized from top to bottom and not a good place to work. Diversity is lacking and it’s apparent. Very odd vibe in the office. Poor technology provided. When you think Bally’s think “bare minimum” because that’s what you’ll receive.
