Benefits are really good. 100% paid health insurance, 401k Stable job since they rarely fire people. Pretty easy tasks.

Svantaggi

Every department Totally unorganized. Not a lot of opportunities to grow in the company. A lot of poor educated employees. Good for an entry level person with no experience and no expectations.

The internship provided a strong introduction to financial analysis and project work. The team was always willing to answer questions, and I gained hands-on exposure to real business processes. The work environment was collaborative, and managers gave helpful guidance throughout my time there.

Svantaggi

Some workflows could be more structured, and onboarding materials were occasionally unclear. At times, communication between teams was slow, which made certain tasks harder to complete efficiently. Workload also varied week to week, making planning challenging.
