Swindon Team - Good People Individually Some Engineers are working their salt Managers are communicative and friendly Will put you through training - although only on products they want you to use. Good Wages and Benefits if used/required

HQ are slow on everything; took 3 months to have a basic conversation as to how the Fire Side was going to work from Swindon. Real Lack of Diversity in terms of what kit they will use, service and install. Have 2 Engineers as Seniors in HQ, "training" salesmen on how to sell Fire Alarms and Such. Lack of Fire Work outside London Lack of active direction in terms of getting new work in after leads have been produced to their Projects team. Swindon Branch unfortunately have installed alot of things over time which have never complied Unfortunately with a lack of work for 1 Fire Engineer, it left me sat in the office twiddling my thumbs and often annoyed the Intruder/Security Staff as they've been out working all day.

Friendly atmosphere, if you need outside support, management are very helpful.
