-bully coworker who was the manager’s pet -horrible training and high expectations to perform new tasks in a short period of time -no paid overtime even though workload would tend to run past 5 pm. Also, no teamwork atmosphere, no helping hand. -unclear responsibilities in the dept; new person is expected to know and do as much as senior members with zero training or help -have complained and discussed bullying in the dept to manager and HR which turned into victim blaming and gaslighting -never talk to HR about any issues or concerns, they will pretend like everything is FINE! They are only protecting the company.
