A Living Nightmare - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Bank2

Working at Bank2, I always have the opportunity to grow in my professional career. I love going to work daily knowing that my main job is “building better lives”. I have a management team that supports me, recognizes my potential, and awards me for a job well done. My work/life balance has never been better and have never been pressured to put my family on the back burner. I respect and believe in the leaders of this bank and always feel optimistic about the direction they take us in.

Quite honestly I am dumbfounded by the negative reviews on here. The banking industry is a lot of hard work, but i can assure you there is no other employer that I would rather work for. Just like any job, you get out of it what you put into it. If you have a negative attitude, are dishonest and have a lousy work ethic, then you won’t find happiness anywhere.

I think a few of the people are nice and decent and do care about what they do and how they serve customers.

I think overall the bank is ok but often times there are changes that come as surprises to everyone. What seems to be a decent bank and company to work at a year ago has changed much drastically into not too good of a place to be.
