- Zero growth opportunity - Arcane technology and no plans to update - Executive leadership treats all below them as lesser valued, and will not lower themselves to even speak with or acknowledge non-execs - Zero communication on goals or company updates - No flexibility in work life balance - Poorly organized departments - Inefficient communication and processes - Does not give employees the ability to perform job functions - CEO is unknown to employees. Most cannot recognize him after years of service due to a complete lack of leadership - Department heads have no real authority. - Employees are overworked, only because of how Inefficient they are forced to work - Company is SO focused on cutting costs that employees are expected to subsidize their job functions or use personal cell phones for video calls & other client contact
