You will get a lot of exposure to a wide variety of tech and the bar for entry isn't too high, at least for working in support. It's a great place to learn and works well as a first job in tech IF you are good at teaching your yourself...

...that being said, company training and documentation is awful. You are expected to learn everything about their products on the fly. Also management doesn't offer many opportunities to advance or transition within or between departments, so it's not worth staying for too long. Pay is below average for the amount of work they expect from you.
