- The people in Basefarm are amazing, fantastic colleagues - The entrepreneurial spirit within most of Basefarm employees, own iniatives are highly appreciated - Basefarm is a perfect fit for ambitious self-driven people who wants to develop on a both professional as well as personal level - Our nische, we are a technical company and the nerdinesz level is high - obviously good - Work life balance - during my 2,5 years at Basefarm I've never been turned down to work from home. I'm able to leave earlier, come later as long as I take responsibility for my work. - All in all, I see Basefarm as a great place to work. Basefarm isn't perfect and has its challenges, but they don't scare me or bores me. The charm with Basefarm is that you can impact and make changes, people are listening to you - the sky is the limit.

Svantaggi

- As with everything, all pros can turn into cons by extreme values. It may happen that Basefarm encourages own iniatives, but sometimes Management lacks in supporting own initiatives. - As situated at the Stockholm office, Basefarm Norway could improve in listening more to the Netherlands and Sweden, their challanges and way of working. Learn from other countries, and share knowledges cross country. - Tooling - Communication could always improve

* Very nice, helpful and competent colleagues. * Good work/life balance. * Work from home opportunities. * Flexible hours * Some direct managers are quite good.

* Salary raise is a joke, no matter if you work like Elon Musk or do nothing - everyone gets same about +1k per year. * Basefarm Sweden and Basefarm Norway are in fact 2 different universes, Sweden does not play a huge role there with all the attendant consequences. * Higher management do not care about employees, they say they do, but they don't. As soon as need arises, company needs will always supersede will of employee. * You have to report every hour you spend at work and it better be billable! * Close to impossible to get an external course. It might take you several years and 10 kg of your nerves to get a course, that was promised to you. * Online course subscription? Forget about it. 200 USD is too much. * Turnover is quite high, I witnessed one of the departments losing more than 60% of employees during one year. * Some of the tools used are still there from 2000's and they are there to stay, 'cause why learn new stuff at an IT company, right?
