Before joining, I expected another stressful consulting environment with confusing priorities and poor communication, but that never really happened here. Managers usually communicate changes early, and teams remain involved when workloads become heavier. I also liked that people worked together instead of creating unnecessary competition between coworkers.

Limited opportunities for promotions in some departments

1. I enjoy building platforms from the ground up and tackling real problems instead of just doing basic development all day. 2. A good deal of independence; managers let people work at their own pace. 3. Employees are free to suggest improvements. 4. Valuable exposure to cloud infrastructure 5. Solid monitoring tools and automation

The workload can be huge during migrations and upgrades.
