Toxicity Infects All - Recensione dipendente - Creative Services presso Benchmark Education

I became incensed when I came across the reviews on Glassdoor and wanted to contribute my own review. I suppose things have changed here at Benchmark because I have a completely different view of this organization. I work fully remote from home. The culture is collaborative. People are NICE and very professional!! The 401k benefits match at 25% of my contributions (not 3 or 4% like most companies) AND they have a profit sharing bonus. It's a very inclusive and diverse company. Thank you, Benchmark. I'm going to reach out to other employees and see if we can 'up' these numbers with positive reviews!

I wish I could visit the main headquarters and meet my peers in-person someday.

Open to remote work, family atmosphere, many employees for decades. Great 401k match. Providing important product.

Raises are rare and HR efforts are a mix of overly very formulaic and management's opposition to those structures in efforts to be a family business.
