Bending Spoons is what it seems

I was (positively) surprised to see that Bending Spoons is what is presents itself as. The values I read about are present in the working of the company and I can see how the company tries to be true to them. The people that work here are truly amazing. They motivate and inspire me all the time. The way we work is unlike anything I've experienced before. Everyone can have an input into the decisions we're making and you're always given ownership over your goals.

You need to quickly learn how to prioritize well and where to focus. There are so many initiatives and tasks that you could be doing in the week, and as you're the owners of your work you need to be sure you prioritize well. So Bending Spoons might not be the right fit for someone who wants strict guidance on how and what they need to do on daily basis.
