Employees are focused Everyone that works here has a positive outlook on things and gives lots of support Full training Good networking opportunities A lot of diversity Working here has made me have second thoughts about the way I live my life. I've become more organized, punctual, personable, and open to new things.

In my opinion, there really aren't any cons about the company that are noteworthy enough to include in this. Some people might not like the fact that you get out of it what you put into it, but that's part of what made me better.

There aren't many pros because the management is not professional. There are definitely growth opportunities here and opportunity to travel, but what good does that do if the management only treats you well when they need something in return. I worked here for more than 6 months. They only treated me well here when I was selling services as this job is commission based. I resigned from this company about 3 months ago and they still not have given me my compensation. I email/call/text them everyday. Most of the times they don't respond to my calls or messages. I am still emailing them everyday to get my compensation but have been unsuccessful.
